Our coffee bags are 100% biodegradable
Our coffee bags are made from Bioweb, which is a 100% biodegradable product made from a totally renewable and sustainable source of corn starch. It uses significantly less energy in the production of coffee bags compared to traditional cellulose products. And is completely taste neutral so all the taste in the cup comes from the coffee and nothing else.
Oh, and did we mention you can throw it in your food waste bin after use? Our foil sachets are are recyclable.

San Ignacio, Peru, South America
From the Andean mountains to the Amazon basin jungle to the desert and Pacific coastline, coffee has been grown throughout Peru since the 1700’s. The San Ignacio Province is one of thirteen provinces located in the Cajamarca Region of Peru. The high elevation and the coffee varietals grown there provide the region a natural advantage.

One of Central America’s most diverse countries is home to volcanoes, rainforests, ancient Mayan sites and some great coffee.
Sumatra, Indonesia, South East Asia
Its closeness to the equator and mountainous terrain provide some interesting micro-climates. Additionally, the unique wet-hulling processing technique creates some intriguing and complex coffees.
Sidamo, Ethiopia, Africa
Ethiopia is considered by many to be the birthplace of coffee. It has more than 1.2 million coffee growers and approximately 15 million households dependent on coffee for their livelihoods. Coffee accounts for more than half of Ethiopia’s export earnings.
The altitude, temperature, rainfall and rich soil in the Sidamo region provide the ideal conditions for growing coffee.
