Refund Policy
If you have been sent the wrong item or a product is faulty please contact us and return the goods as soon as possible. We will then offer a replacement or full refund including postage.
Refunds for gift items can only be given to the original purchaser.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not or have simply changed your mind please contact us within 5 days working days of receipt of your order by letter or email to arrange a return. Due to the nature of our products they must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect saleable condition. Please include your invoice stating the reason for the return. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable and you will have to return goods at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.
Once we have received the returned items in good condition we will issue a full refund of the value of the products, not including postage.
