Beth has Ulcerative Colitis and used to suffer with sensitive skin due to the side effects from many medications. So she has been creating and hand making natural skin care since 2012 and loves to research about how to keep the body happy and healthy.

In the AM

  • Apply after using your cleanser, toner, oils and serums using upward sweeping motions all over your face, neck and eye area, remembering a little goes a long way.
  • Recovery Face Cream doesn’t contain SPF so please make sure your apply at least SPF 30 afterwards if you wish to keep the lines and wrinkles away.

In the PM

  • Recovery Face Cream can be used after cleansing before bedtime, but Beth recommends using Restorative Beauty Oil or Nourish Urself Balm instead as these are more nourishing for over night.

 

Both our 30ml and 60ml come in a glass jar with aluminium lid.

Shipping Policy

FREE on all orders over £35 or £5.90 for orders under £35.

All orders placed outside the UK are sent via International Courier and incur a delivery fee.

Products ordered and paid for should be delivered in 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted, in certain circumstances they can take up to 7 days but you will be informed via email. We ship all order through Royal Mail 2nd class signed for so please look out for the note if you are out. After leaving our BAO skincare kitchen , Royal Mail typically delivers to you in 2–3 business days. We will send you an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Refund Policy

If you have any problems with your order, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible so that we sort it out for you. We would like to ensure all of our customers are happy and we will always try our best to resolve any issues that come up.

Please keep in mind that our BAO products are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour or scent for example) however they all have an expiry date which is set from the date they are MADE, not OPENED.

*Damages: If you receive a damaged product or item , please contact us immediately at hello@baoskincare.co.uk . We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We will happily offer a replacement or a credit note for certain circumstances within 7 days of purchase. Please send us an email with photos and information to hello@baoskincare.co.uk with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.

Your happiness is our main priority and we will do what we can to ensure you love all of your BAO product purchases.

BAO Skincare will cover shipping costs for returns + exchanges that are the fault of us, but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to BAO Skincare.
