Explosion of flavours- organic picalilli
To echo authentic Indian recipes we use mustard seeds in our piccalilli. Crunchy freshly picked organic vegetables are bathed in an aromatic spicy sauce producing an explosion of flavours.
Handmade Somerset preserves made with organic produce grown in Somerset.
Made without pectin, additives or colourings, just good old fashioned sugar and Somerset cider vinegar.
We only use Soil Association certificated produce in our preserves. Being organic is important to me as I like to be able to read an ingredients label and know exactly what that ingredient is without having to have a degree in chemistry to decipher it.
Serve with cold buffets, salads, a cheese board must have, and of course with the odd curry.
Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 4 weeks.
