HOW DO I STORE MY SUGAR?
Our advice is to keep it away from direct sunlight in a cool dry place.

IS MAKING PANELA SUGAR GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?
Panela sugar is still produced using traditional technology and by small-scale farmers. Many Certified Organic raw sugar farms, and they also use very sustainable processes. These processes protect both the environment in which the sugarcane is harvested and processed as well as the communities that traditionally produce this staple.

APART FROM BAKING, WHAT ELSE CAN I USE THE COCONUT BLOSSOM SUGAR FOR?
You can use our coconut sugar in a variety of ways beyond baking. You can use it in your morning coffee, sprinkled on your breakfast, or in virtually any other place you’d use regular sugar.

Shipping Policy

Our flat delivery fee for all UK deliveries is £3.

We currently offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £20.

Refund Policy

We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us with 7 working days of delivery to arrange a replacement or a refund for the products concerned . We cannot accept returned good which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds for gift items can only be given to the original purchaser.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not or have simply changed your mind please contact us within 14 days working days of receipt of your order by letter or email to arrange a return. Due to the nature of our products they must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect saleable condition. Please include your invoice stating the reason for the return. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable and you will have to return goods at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.

Once we have received the returned items in good condition we will issue a full refund of the value of the products, not including postage.
