Please allow 1 working day for order processing and up to 10 days for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
It is important to us at CHOC Chick that you are happy with your purchase and we guarantee your satisfaction. Therefore all of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive; you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods.
The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.
If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please contact us immediately at info@chocchick.com and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not or have simply changed your mind please contact us within 14 days working days of receipt of your order by letter or email to arrange a return. Due to the nature of our products they must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect saleable condition. Please include your invoice stating the reason for the return. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable and you will have to return goods at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.
Once we have received the returned items in good condition we will issue a full refund of the value of the products, not including postage.
