We offer you a selection of activated organic nuts that are rich in flavour, in texture and freshness. This activated organic walnuts are 100% raw, pure and free of any additives or preservatives.
Organic walnuts have been soaked in filtered water and sea salt for about 12 hours, gently prompting the nuts to germinate. This process is called Activation. After the Activation process has been completed, the nut is dehydrated under 43 degree Celsius – therefore maintains it’s raw qualities.
These activated raw organic walnuts are great for snacking when you’re feeling peckish and can be used as an addition to your favourite baking recipe to add extra flavour.
