We offer you a selection of activated organic nuts that are rich in flavour, in texture and freshness. This activated organic hazelnuts are 100% raw, pure and free of any additives or preservatives.
Organic hazelnuts have been soaked in filtered water and sea salt for about 12 hours, gently prompting the nuts to germinate. This process is called Activation. After the Activation process has been completed, the nut is dehydrated under 43 degree Celsius – therefore maintains it’s raw qualities.
Perfect healthy snack for when you’re on the go or add a crunch to salads, crumble into porridge or pair with pears in a yummy tart.
