Reviving organic body wash with Grapefruit and Papaya

You no longer have to use harsh soaps that dry out and cause damage to your skin anymore. Using natural essential oils of Grapefruit and Red Mandarin our luxury body wash will leave your body cleansed and your soul totally replenished.

Always SLS free so does not dry out your skin, and it makes you smell amazing. We chose to supply it in a fully recyclable plastic bottle as for safer use in the shower however we are looking at aluminium pouches instead for the near future.

Beth has Ulcerative Colitis and used to suffer with sensitive skin due to the side effects from many medications. So she has been creating and hand making natural skin care since 2012 and loves to research about how to keep the body happy and healthy.

BAO skincare products are individually handmade with an infusion of botanical and plant ingredients. Each use apply 1-3 pumps on a sponge in the shower or add to your bath to create gentle soft bubbles.

Massage all over your skin to leave a clean and soft feeling. Lathers up well but is completely free from dehydrating sulphates.

Best used before an application of Reviving Body Cream.

 

Our 200ml comes in a glass bottle with plastic pump and our 30ml comes in a fully recyclable plastic bottle with plastic pump.

Shipping Policy

FREE on all orders over £35 or £5.90 for orders under £35.

All orders placed outside the UK are sent via International Courier and incur a delivery fee.

Products ordered and paid for should be delivered in 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted, in certain circumstances they can take up to 7 days but you will be informed via email. We ship all order through Royal Mail 2nd class signed for so please look out for the note if you are out. After leaving our BAO skincare kitchen , Royal Mail typically delivers to you in 2–3 business days. We will send you an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Refund Policy

If you have any problems with your order, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible so that we sort it out for you. We would like to ensure all of our customers are happy and we will always try our best to resolve any issues that come up.

Please keep in mind that our BAO products are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour or scent for example) however they all have an expiry date which is set from the date they are MADE, not OPENED.

*Damages: If you receive a damaged product or item , please contact us immediately at hello@baoskincare.co.uk . We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We will happily offer a replacement or a credit note for certain circumstances within 7 days of purchase. Please send us an email with photos and information to hello@baoskincare.co.uk with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.

Your happiness is our main priority and we will do what we can to ensure you love all of your BAO product purchases.

BAO Skincare will cover shipping costs for returns + exchanges that are the fault of us, but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to BAO Skincare.
