Refreshing organic face wash is our second-best seller because it’s super nourishing, sweet orange and leaves your skin soft and hydrated, not dry and tight. Also a great makeup remover. It gentle foams is an SLS-free formula, so it’s perfect for cleansing and calming super-dry and sensitive skin whilst also removing the day’s build-up of impurities and makeup. Comes in a lovely travel size too so you can take it with you when you go away.

Beth has Ulcerative Colitis and used to suffer with sensitive skin due to the side effects from many medications. So she has been creating and hand making natural skin care since 2012 and loves to research about how to keep the body happy and healthy.

In the AM

  • Splash your face, then lather up 1-2 pumps in your hands and massage all over your face and neck.
  • Rinse off with warm water or remove with a warm damp flannel, pat you face dry and apply your Hydrating Rose Mist and Recovery Face Cream and sunscreen.

In the PM

  • Gently removes face makeup, splash your face, then lather up 1-2 pumps in your hands and massage all over your face and neck.
  • Rinse off with warm water or remove with a warm damp flannel, pat you skin dry and apply your evening products.

 

Our 200ml comes in a glass bottle with plastic pump and our 30ml comes in a fully recyclable plastic bottle with plastic pump.

Shipping Policy

FREE on all orders over £35 or £5.90 for orders under £35.

All orders placed outside the UK are sent via International Courier and incur a delivery fee.

Products ordered and paid for should be delivered in 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted, in certain circumstances they can take up to 7 days but you will be informed via email. We ship all order through Royal Mail 2nd class signed for so please look out for the note if you are out. After leaving our BAO skincare kitchen , Royal Mail typically delivers to you in 2–3 business days. We will send you an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Refund Policy

If you have any problems with your order, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible so that we sort it out for you. We would like to ensure all of our customers are happy and we will always try our best to resolve any issues that come up.

Please keep in mind that our BAO products are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour or scent for example) however they all have an expiry date which is set from the date they are MADE, not OPENED.

*Damages: If you receive a damaged product or item , please contact us immediately at hello@baoskincare.co.uk . We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We will happily offer a replacement or a credit note for certain circumstances within 7 days of purchase. Please send us an email with photos and information to hello@baoskincare.co.uk with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.

Your happiness is our main priority and we will do what we can to ensure you love all of your BAO product purchases.

BAO Skincare will cover shipping costs for returns + exchanges that are the fault of us, but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to BAO Skincare.
