Made with the freshest of raspberry grown in Somerset. Delicately tart & fruity jam.
It takes a lot longer to make the jam, as we don’t use the thickeners or pectin that you sometimes see in the list of ingredients on jam, to produce it quickly. We use organic sugar as a setting aid.
We only use Soil Association certificated produce in our preserves. Being organic is important to me as I like to be able to read an ingredients label and know exactly what that ingredient is without having to have a degree in chemistry to decipher it.
Perfect with creamy natural yoghurt and porridge or spead on toasted sourdough and even use as a glaze in cooking. Experiment with cheese. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 4 weeks.
