Vibrant and delightful organic blackberry jam
Made with the freshest of blackberries grown in Somerset. Completely seedless, soft juicy jam, slightly tart with earthy undertones.
It takes a lot longer to make the jam, as we don’t use the thickeners or pectin that you sometimes see in the list of ingredients on jam, to produce it quickly. We use organic sugar as a setting aid.
We only use Soil Association certificated produce in our preserves. Being organic is important to me as I like to be able to read an ingredients label and know exactly what that ingredient is without having to have a degree in chemistry to decipher it.
Delicious on pancakes, muffins and toast. Also, experiment with cheese and food pairings. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 4 weeks.
